职位描述：

§ Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing / 月度、季度和年度关帐

§ Balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis / 平衡报表和盈亏波动分析表

§ Monthly expense variance analysis / 每月费用差异分析报表

§ Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting / 包括外币财务的合并报表、公司间的业务和对帐报表

§ Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with PRC-GAAP and IFRS and compliance to internal policies / 确保财务报表的准确性，既要符合中国的会计准则和国际财务报告准则，也要符合内部政策

§ Manage Fixed Assets / 管理固定资产

§ Balance sheet accounts reconciliations / 资产负债科目对帐表

§ Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, production / 与其他部门管理层的对接，包括工程部，销售部和生产部

§ External report to related bureau (Finance, statistics and TEDA) / 与外部机构的联系（财政局、统计局和管委会）

§ Inventory checking / 库存检查

§ Cost allocation / 成本分摊

Qualifications and Experience / 资历和经验:

§ Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, CPA is a plus / 财务专业，本科或以上学历，外加注册会计师资格证书

§ Strong technical accounting background / 有很强的财务技术背景

§ Joint-venture or foreign investment experience preferred / 合资或外商独资企业经验的优先考虑

§ Fluent written and spoken professional English / 良好的英语读、写、说水平

§ At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required / 至少5年的总帐会计经验

§ Strong Excel and database skills, Access experience preferred / 精通Excel和数据库，有Access经验的优先考虑

§ Strong analytical and problem solving skills / 具有很强的分析和解决问题的能力

§ Strong communication and organizational skills / 具有很强的交流和组织能力

§ Team player and have ability to work independently / 团队精神和独立工作的能力

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization / 具有极好的书面和口头沟通能力，包括跟公司内部各层级之间的有效沟通

§ Large ERP Software experience, Microsoft AX Dynamics preferred / 大型ERP软件经验，懂得微软的AX Dynamics软件的优先考虑

§ Hyperion experience preferred / 有Hyperion经验者优先考虑
