Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least 5 years working experience on HR functions, especially in Staffing and ER function
3.Good command of English, both in verbal and written
4.Proactive, logical
5.Proficient in communication and influence skill
6.Good team player

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for OPW China headcount budget and hiring plan
2.Responsible for OPW China talent acquisition processes, include job calibration process, headcount approval process, interview and selection process, offer process
3.Develop and manage effective hiring channels
4.Monitor and improve other staffing processes, include on boarding, contract management, probation, employee transfer, employee resignation, P-file management and so on
5.Responsible for HR reports, for example, headcount report, sourcing report, HR monthly report , global required reports and so on
6.Responsible for ER function, include employment relationship management, employee communication and CSR activities
7.Responsible for HR CI projects
