职位描述

Official Title:Rotating Technician-转动设备技师

Location: Caojing,Shanghai Jinshan(shuttle bus provided)
Report to: Rotating Supervisor


Purpose of the position:

1 Fulfill maintenance and overhauling work on Equipment in production plant.

完成现场生产装置的机械设备的维护与检修。.
2 Ensure smooth machinery operation under good condition, reduce down times as much as possible;
确保机械设备的运转正常,降低停机率;
3 Participate and accomplish any process related reengineering for new product, quality and capacity improvements, and or safety enhancement;
参与并完成为了导入新产品,品质产能提高,增加安全等的制程改造;
4 Safe maintenance and environment protection in the plant.
安全维修,注意环保。
5 Have a good cooperation with internal BUs and coordinate, supervise and evaluate the external contractors.
对内,做好与各业务部的协调配合工作;对外,安排外协承包商工作人员、并做好评估管理工作。


Responsibility:
2.1Support Mechanical engineer to prepare the maintenance plan, and update the plan on practical basis;
协助机械负责人制定维修计划,并且依据实际调整计划;
2.2Quickly respond to troubleshooting requests to recover the equipment capabilities in time.
对故障作快速反应,及时修复。
2.3Failure analysis and roots finding, to avoid reappearance.
分析故障,消除根源。
2.4Checking, repairing, lubricating and replacing components on routine basis.
常规的更换,修理和润滑工作。
2.5Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain comprehensive history records and engineering filings作好维护和修理的记录;作好历史记录和工程文档;
2.6Report task progress and result for further action on regular basis.
定期汇报任务完成情况,为进一步的行动提供信息。
2.7Assist mechanical engineer to draft spare parts planning and related information.
协助机械工程师提供现场维修备件信息和完成备件计划;
2.8Actively participate and guide engineering activities to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process.
积极参加工程活动,以改进工厂的生产效率、设备和工艺;
2.9Keep confidentiality of all process related data;
对工艺相关资料保密;
2.10Ensure ESH conformity in all the related work activities.
保证维修工作符合ESH政策的要求

Requirements:
3.1, Not less than 5 years' experience in professional field, chemical plant preferred
至少年5专业领域经验,化工厂经验佳
3.2, Be familiar with ASME and Chinese standard related to piping, pressure vessel and so on. Can find problems of piping and installation work.
熟悉ASME 和国家关于管道施工、设备安装相关标准,能准确发现现场管道及设备安装过程中存在问题。
3.3, Be familiar with the principle, structure and trouble shooting experience of rotating equipment such as gas or steam turbine, .compressor, chilling machine, gear boxes, main kinds of pumps and rotating evaporators etc.
熟悉化工装置各类转动设备的原理,结构和解决故障的能力。如燃气蒸汽透平,压缩机,制冷设备,变速机构和各类流体输送设备,蒸发分离设备等。
3.4,Be familiar with scheduling and scheduling work in maintenance field in a chemical plant.
熟悉化工厂设备维护的施工计划和施工安排的工作。
3.5,Basic CAD drawing competent of mechanical parts and be familiar with lathe machine and cutting machines.
基本的CAD绘制机械零件能力,了解通用车床加工和工作安排。
3.6, Can read write in English fluently and normal speaking with foreigner who speaking in English.
能流利地用英语书写和阅读。并能用英语沟通。

4.1Good communication capacity with others, keep good cooperation with production and other BUs related.
良好的沟通能力,与周围同事和生产部门人员保持良好的工作关系。

5.1, To arrange maintenance and or plant modification work with technicians and/or contractors outsourced,
配合装置维护经理和/或维护工程师,制定装置维护和工艺改造计划,与内部工程人员或承包商一起,完成维护和改造计划。
5.2, To arrange routine preventive maintenance work on site with technicians.
制定并实施设备预防性维护计划,保持装置稳定运行。

6.1Over time work and business trip outside in China.

加班及出差等。

7.1 Be skillful in repairing work and team work, good communication ability.
熟练的维修技巧和良好的团队精神。

8.1 Has good experience in equipment diagnosis, trouble shooting.
丰富的设备故障诊断经验和解决实际问题的能力。


最低教育背景:中等技术专业学校;专业:机械加工制造或其他机械类专业

最低行业从事年限:5年。

计算机要求:能够用办公软件如Word,Excel,Powerpoint软件编写维修报告和建议等。
