我们的ERP顾问将和项目组一起工作，为我们的顾客提供高效而价低的信息系统。他们的工作是在一个国际化的环境下完成对IT解决方案的设计、整合、定制和发布。

Our ERP consultant will work with the support of a team, and help provide our clients with efficient and affordable Information Systems. Their work will include IT solution design, integration, customization and deployment, in an international environment.

主要职责：
Their main duties are:

- 收集和分析客户的商业、技术需求和具体目标；
- Gathering & analysis of customers’ business and technical requirements and objectives

- 差距分析和提出建议；
- Gap analysis and recommendations

- 与研究和开发团队合作，撰写功能/技术设计指标；
- Work with R&D team to write functional / technical design specifications

- 设计定制方案，管理开发进程；
- Design customizations, and manage progress of developments

- 整合客户资源；
- Integrate customer data

- 参与配置、测试、安装、发布和上线后支持；
- Participate in configuration, testing, installation, deployment and post go-life support

- 准备和实施培训；
- Prepare and execute training

- 与支持团队合作；
- Coordinate with support team

- 通常情况下作为客户和实施团队间的第一个窗口
- Generally, be the first level contact between customer and implementation team

每位新员工都会逐步接受协同开发工具，项目流程和关键架构框架方面的培训，成为项目组的一员。
Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in collaborative development tools, project workflows and key architecture frameworks.

任职要求
Job Requirements

技术方面：
Technical Knowledge:

- 相关商业软件熟练操作（ERP、POS、CRM）；
- Good functional knowledge of Business Software (ERP, POS, CRM);

- 具备ERP解决方案/应用程序的支持和实施经验（了解ERP软件生命周期相关知识）；
- Experience supporting and implementing ERP solutions and applications (knowledge in ERP lifecycle projects);

- 精通办公软件（Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects）；
- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects);

- 了解数据库应用的相关知识（如：SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle等）
- Some knowledge of database usage (eg: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle ...)

商务方面：
Business Knowledge:

- 如具备以下一个或多个领域相关知识将优先考虑：服装、贸易、采购、制造业、零售、批发、食品饮料、服务业、会计（国内/外）
- Knowledge in one or more of the following fields will be highly considered: Garment, Trading, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Food & Beverage, Services, Accounting (Chinese/International).

General requirements:

- 良好的沟通和表达能力；
- Good communication and presentation skills;

- 良好的英语书面和口语能力；
- A good command of spoken and written English (this is a must);

- 优秀的职业素养，为人正直诚信；
- High professional & personal integrity with very high ethical standards;

- 分析能力强，注重细节；
- Analytical skills & attention to details;

- 注重制定计划，达成目标；
- Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results;

- 有不断学习获取商业、技术和应用程序相关技术的热情。
- Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills.
