• The SQL Server DBA will design, setup, install and implement databases; perform routine data maintenance (re-indexing, integrity checks, database shrinking, log file monitoring); performance tuning (indexing, compression drive distribution, load balancing, replication). The environment SQL Server 2005 or 2008. It's important that this candidate have strong communication and documentation skills.
• Requirements:
• - 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA is required.
• - Experience installing, configuring and supporting SQL Server databases is required.
• - Experience with SQL-Server 2005 and 2008 is required.
• - Working knowledge of database performance tuning and configuration tools in MS SQL Server is required.
• - Automate Backup, Restore, jobs, alerts and tuning processes on SQL Server 2005 and 2008 is required.
• - Experience with Microsoft clustering and replication is required.
• - Strong communication skills in written English is required.

- Strong documentation/diagram skills is desired.
