职位描述：
Report To: Finance Manager
Location: Shanghai, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Booking advanced payments by bank notice.
2. Provide financial support and analysis to management and operations team.
3. Reduce operating point financial expenses.
4. Establish, amend and maintain company administrative profile and regional legal documents.
5. Perform accounting consolidation, IFRS and local GAAP difference adjustment.
6. Support the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure robust and challenging targets are set.
7. Review and actively control risk on the balance sheet.
8. Ensure accounting entries comply with Group Accounting Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College graduate and above, major in accounting and finance or auditing;
2. 2-3 years relevant experience;
3. Ability to analyse and evaluate information;
4. Knowledge of SAP or whole solutions of EPR system;
5. Good PC Skills in using excel and word;
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
7. Good communication skill and with team spirit;
8. Open-minded, rational thinking, co-operate and problem solving.

工作内容：
1. 负责公司应付账款会计核算；
2. 定期核对并汇总各往来单位应收/应付及销售发票开具情况，并及时进行帐务处理；
3. 跟进应收款项的及时收回、提交应付账款的付款申请；
4. 编制应收/应付帐款进度统计报表、收入凭证录入；
5. 与各往来单位定期对帐；
6. 财务部交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，财会或审计专业
2. 1至3年相关经验，接受优秀应届生
3. 具有数据信息分析和评估能力
4. 了解SAP或整个EPR系统的解决方案
5. 良好的计算机操作技巧，灵活使用excel和word
6. 粤语口语流利，良好地英文读写及口语能力
7. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
8. 思维活跃，理性思考，能够与他人合作并善于解决问题 举报 分享
