Acts as a technical expert in cross-functional teams to optimize existing retail systems for efficiency and responsiveness and improve operation qualify ？ Fully understand front line system requests and take feasibility analysis ？ Ongoing retail related applications troubleshooting ？ Take second level support to outsourcing IT team and delivery knowledge base to improve first level supporting ability ？ Provide document and regular training arrangement to ending users
？ Analyse system issues encountered in the store and study solution with team member ？ Develop retail operation and management reports ？ Enhance system functionality through change request process ？ Bug fix and new version release ？ Landlord POS interface development
Actively involve in retail IT projects, including system integration test and user acceptance test scenario preparation, lead end user training ？ Write system operation manual ？ Organize and provide system maintenance service ？ Recommend external vendor to finalize IT solution
Develop, enhance and implement SOP of store opening / closing procedure on IT system ？ Final check on system configuration for new store opening ？ Maintain the retail system authorization ？ Escalate critical issues in time during the store open /close period
Over five years working experience and at least three years of retail IT system development and support experience
？ Solid knowledge / experience in popular retail IT solutions like POS system, CRM system, Attendance management etc
？ In-depth knowledge of retail business processes
？ Good interpersonal, communication, training and document skill
？ Fluent written English
？ Flexible working time
？ Bachelor degree in computer science or related major
？ C#. NET programming skill is necessary
？ Master Microsoft SQL language
？ Master MS Office
