职位描述：
岗位职责：
Qualified candidates should have some knowledge in clinical oncology and/or hematology area.
Experience in the management of clinical study activities as they relate to data collection and processing from study start up through ongoing oversight to completion.
In support of the above, the Data Manager reviews protocols to ensure consistency, develops eCRF, eCRF completion guidelines, Data Validation Specifications, performs user acceptance tests and generate some study data reports.
He/she must manage SAE reconciliation, process external data, oversee development of metric reports, medical coding etc.
He/she must have proven ability to work collaboratively across functions, clinical scientist/operation, and vendors.

任职要求：
A Masters’degree in a scientific/computer/data related field of study is highly desirable.
Candidates with a bachelors’ degree will also be considered provided they can demonstrate significant related work experience.
A high level of understanding of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice, and Data Management processes is required.
Familiar with Rave and/or Inform, coupled with solid technical skills in database programming are required. Good in English, both written and oral, is required. 举报 分享
