General Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing advice and support on human resources related matters of DSV Logistics Company;
Detailed Responsibilities:
HR management
Liaising with range of people involved in HR operations and act as primary contact person with HQT for HR matters.
New project, go to new site and find efficiency channel to get suitable people quickly.
Supervision of daily HR operation in line with company policy and procedures;
Resolve employee relationship related issues and create a better working environment that will boost employee morale and team spirit
HR System data maintenance.
HR Report and other statements and report
Staff Relationship management
Coordinate with HQ for new staff IT application and ensure timely arrangement, no missing and complaints;
OT allowance and other allowance calculation, cost & budget calculation to managers and BD department.
Contact with HR agency.
Recruitment
Will oversee the recruitment process from personnel requisition, advertisement posting, screening of candidates, interview schedule, conduct initial interview, and evaluate candidates ensuring conformity with the qualifications/standards set by the Company.
Responsible for the preparation of the required employment documents, incl. but not limited to contract appointment for newly hired employees, employee movement forms and other HR related documents.
Keep updated of labor market trend for sustainable workforce supply by business needs.
Staff onboard documents preparation and control the approval process, ensure no missing documents and missing approval;
Coordinate with HQ for new staff IT application and ensure timely arrangement, no missing and complaints;
Performance Management
Process and administrate employee performance review and appraisals per Company guidelines; Assist the Superior on performance management twice a year, mid-year and year-end;
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Handle leave monitoring and payroll preparation administrations such as attendance checking ,reporting
Conduct existing interviews;
Must be able to carry out new employee orientation and assist in the implementation of training programs per requests.
Staff training
Assist the Superior on staff training arrangement.
Coordinate with HQ for training process management.
Responsible for staff probation management including remind for mid & end probation evaluation as well as the pass approval against training review;
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.
Communications
Internal – All functions within Log. and peer group within Air & Sea, i.e. HR, IT.QC, Legal & Compliance
External – Local Government Bureau and service providers, i.e. Tax Bureau, labor agents, as well as clients
Competency & Qualifications:
Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge & Skills Fluent English / Mandarin, MS office skills,CET6+
Education & Training College above, HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or equivalent.
Experience At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
manufactory and / or 3PL w/h experience preferred.
Personal Characteristics People-oriented, amiable, patient and possesses good communication skills, accountable,
well organized and self-disciplinary
