PM Plant Operator操作工
Working location: Caojing,Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
漕泾,上海(提供班车)
Purpose of the position:
1.Running and controlling PM plant according to procedures and work instructions, under the supervision of team leader and plant management. 在主管和工厂管理层得监督下,根据工作流程和工作指导操作和控制PM plant,
2.Ensure a regular, conform and safe production; avoid leakages, environmental pollution, unsafe operations and risks to any person. 确保正常,良好,安全生产,避免泄露,环境污染,不安全操作,以及对于任何人的风险。
3.Report and - if possible - eliminate all kind of irregularities within the plant immediately.降低并迅速报告工厂内任何的不规范操作,
Responsibilities:
1.Controlling and observing all parts of the plants (including all facilities like storage areas etc.)监控和监测工厂的各个方面,包括所有设备以及仓储区域等
2.Operating controls and instruments, valves, plugs and plant components by conducting determined tours as well as by following written instructions and SOP's as well as orders of the Team Leader or Plant Management根据书面操作指示,标准操作流程,工厂管理者的指令,操作仪器仪表,阀门,插头和工厂设备。
3.Complying with regulations (operationally, legally) regarding safety and handling of hazardous materials有害物质的处理要与安全操作规范和安全法规一致
5.Wearing and taking care of the personal protection equipment as required
根据要求穿戴和使用个人防护用具。
6.Assisting and performing maintenance measures and repairs if necessary and advised.协助和采取设备维护措施,以及必要的维修。
7.Conducting analytics due to defined schemes and regulations.基于既定方案和规范做出分析。

9.Conducting a failure free shift change and cooperating closely with the counterparts on other teams. 进行无故障换班,与其他团队的同事密切合作。
10.Tracing and – if possible – eliminating irregularities.跟踪并尽力降低不规范行为
11.Informing the Team Leader of any irregularities, failures or events related to ESHQ issues in a comprehensive and direct manner.当发现任何不规范行为,失误,以及安全环境健康质量相关的事件时通知主管。
12.Supporting fellow operators支持其他操作员。
13.Taking over responsibility for both cleanliness and order of the plant负责工厂的整洁和秩序
14.Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.遵守工厂有关IP防护的制度以及行为准则
Requirements:
1.Chemical and technical understanding and knowledge (vocational training, working experience)知晓化工知识(相关职业培训或者工作经历)
2.Knowledge and understanding of ESHQ and capability to handle and operate relevant equipment, instruments and other devices according to oral or written instructions知晓安全环境健康质量知识,根据口头或者书面指令,能够处理和操作相关仪器和设备
3.Being able to work in a control room能够在控制室工作
4.Good general technical understanding良好的技术知识
5.Basic Knowledge of IT拥有基本的IT知识
