职位描述：
Responsibility:
-Monitor retail training guideline, policy and discipline rules are followed for all training programs
-Develop training materials & programs for retail team basing on business needs.
-Provide new hire training to new staff. Ensure PRIDE training is launched for all retail team to inspire retail team’s loyalty to our brand, to secure all retail team follow PRIDE standards to provide excellent customer service.
-Train up retail team with strong knowledge of the brand， products，and new collections.
-Organize workshops & trainings regarding sales knowledge, selling skills, clienteling skills and motivation
-Train up sales team with strong knowledge of the brands, and products.
-Deliver training programs in high quality, professionally evaluate and follow up training effectiveness.
-Translate and proof read training documents to ensure optimal quality for all training materials.
-Provide training logistics like determining the location, time, facilities and training support required for training activities.
-Closely collaborate with Area Managers of assigned region to deliver training and coaching programs basing on business needs.
-Support manager in quality control, cost control of various relevant vendors for training program, venue, printing, meeting, etc.
-Participate the selection and development of in store trainer team (Retail Portal Ambassador), who can follow up and communicate at store level the retail training issues
-Other assigned projects like training video shooting, effective usage of Retail portal, special event support, mystery shopping following up.


Requirements:

Familiar with operation model of China commercial shopping mall
Demonstrate business acumen in retail business
Self-organized with strong sense of planning
Strong ability to build relationships
Good training skill
Detail-oriented, resourceful with good initiative
Good computer skills
Be able to accept the necessary travel arrangements 举报 分享
