职位描述：
1、专科或以上学历，
2、掌握各类数据结构和算法、计算机网络、操作系统等基础技术，掌握面向对象及设计模式相关原则及应用；
3、具备系统分析设计能力；
4、熟悉java语言，熟悉主流J2EE开发组件和Struts2、hibernate、ibatis、Spring等主流开源框架；
5、 熟悉jQuery、easyui等技术
6、熟悉Javascript、AJAX、JSON等Web页面技术,熟悉主流Web浏览器的开发模式和特性；
7、熟练掌握WebLogic/Tomact等主流J2EE应用服务器中的一种；
8、熟悉Mysql、Oracle等主流数据库；
9、具备良好的团队协作精神及沟通能力；
