Responsibilities:
? Position oTMS with right value proposition in the market. Develop the marketing message in different stage and theme.
? Develop content strategy to fit in the different audience. Content should be customer centric, market oriented and value driven.
? Validate and subsequently execute company marketing plan & budget annually
? Formulate best mix of in-house and outsourced marketing resources for optimum results
? Build and manage positive relationship with relevant online & offline media.
? Build up oTMS bi-lingual branding and VI
? Provide sales team with well-designed sales and marketing collaterals
? Work with sales team for two-way feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
? Work with VP to quickly learn target client profiles, current industry dynamics, our business model and strategy in order to formulate and execute specific campaigns.
? Ultimately be responsible for sales lead generation and measure effectiveness of specific channels and campaigns. Able to iterate and pivot quickly when necessary
Desired Skills and Experience
? 5-8 years hands-on experience primarily in the in-house marketing roles
? B2B background ideally in internet or software companies where marketing is a strategic function such as SaaS companies or other B2B service companies. Both mature company or start-up company are fine.
? Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus, clear motivation to join a startup is a must.
? Exposure to up-to-date marketing methods and channels suitable to company like oTMS.
? Min. bachelor’s degree from reputable universities major in marketing, communications or journalism
? Creative, open-minded, self-driven individual with strong execution & team management skills
? Able to work independently
? Native Chinese & fluent spoken & written English skills
