职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Order Operation
Implementing the operation rules, get the purchase order from customers and make sale order in SAP accordingly.
Send order acknowledgement to the customer.

2.Quotation
Clarify the specification detail with customer then forward the enquiry to C&D department for cost calculation.
Make formal quotation to the customer with proper INCOTERM, exchange rate and delivery mode.

3.Order Fulfillment
Follow up sales orders and cooperate with internal departments to make them planned and produced on time.

4.Delivery Arrangement
Give instruction to logistics to book the container in advance.
Prepare the container loading list.
Check the loading data and provide the customer correct clearance document.

5.A/R
Make sure the accurate amount invoiced.
Send the A/R report to customers and push for on-time payment.
Assist the customer and finance department for advance payment allocation.

6.Customer Complaint
Support Service and QA department to solve each complaint case in time.

7.Project
Set up project team and coordinate internal and external to make project achieved.

8.Analysis and Report
Analyze sales data of main customers and trace the key figures via various reports, such as
turnover, average margin, average lead time, aged order etc.
