职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll, benefit & tax process, 100% align both local and global compliance.
- Coordinate with vendor and local HR team to ensure a smooth submission of tax & benefits
- Execute the transition from Asia countries
- Partner with Asia country HR managers, C&B leaders on benefits operation
- Drive vendor delivery per SLA and manage vendor performance through centralization & simplification
- Prepare statistics reports & analysis
- Take lead on local implementation of global projects to drive adherence to payroll enterprise standards
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Journal preparation
- Answer employee queries
- Work with payroll leader to drive hub centralization
- Settle statutory payments by due date
- Maintains good relationship and working with internal and external stakeholders.
 
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
- 2 to 3 years equivalent experience in Payroll / Tax of Asian countries
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Japanese
- Independent worker with strong execution
- Able to work under pressure
- Passion on learning, clear thinker
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Skillful in MS Office, Excel (Vlookup, pivot etc.) 举报 分享
