岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Implementation of HR projects, communication with the operating departments, members of the team having regards to deadlines and capacity
2. Creation of concepts for the HR modules in collaboration with the operating department
3. Coordination of solutions for problems in the HR department
4. Configuring and managing the set system components taking the company security policy in accordance with existing guidelines
5. Customizing of the HR modules in line with the business processes of the companies
6. Troubleshoot issues in data, processes, systems or interfaces
7. Improve/Implement appropriate testing, customer support and governance models that support new changes to HR systems
8. Developing of concepts for an optimization of the HR processes
9. Preparing and handling of trainings for the operating departments regarding the HR modules
10. Creating documentations concerning the HR-processes and –system components

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Strong analytical and problem identification / resolution skills.
3. 1-3 years experiences in SAP HR, Payroll China.
4. Experience working with and understanding various HR applications, including managing their integrations with SAP.
5. Experience working in or supporting a global HR environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
