As an Account Executive of Red Bridge Communications you will be expected to undertake the following key responsibilities:

Account Work (80%)
- Execute day-to-day activities on accounts with a focus on media engagement, writing, research, and event management
- Writing: Draft press releases, media invites, whitepapers, research documents, monthly reports
- Translation: press releases, media invites, regular reports
- Work in partnership with consultants to manage client meetings and/or small media/influencer briefings
- Coordinate with partner agencies and suppliers to ensure coordinated approach
- Provide a value-added approach to all issues and projects
- Stay abreast of industry trends, as well as general business and economic trends
- Synthesize and share relevant information with team members, clients and associates as appropriate

New Business Development (10%)
- Work with management team to develop new business proposals and attend agency presentations.

Planning/Administrative/Training (10%)
- Attendance at training workshops
- Internal Meetings
- Administration

What we expect from you:
- 1+ years of agency PR full time or internship experience – corporate experience preferred
- Excellence in written and spoken Chinese
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Operational excellence – able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication skills – comfortable in managing middle-management clients, media ?and opinion formers
- Strong event management skills including supplier and media liaison
- Strong media contacts in the business, general, and trade news sectors
