职位描述：
? Manage key business applications to include systems used for time recording and billing, accounting, client administration, document management and workflow (for example SAP, Viewpoint, Worksite, VitalDoc).
? Responsibility for the management of these applications to include the testing, implementation, training, upgrading and ongoing support of these systems to ensure smooth and efficient running by knowledgeable staff.
? Work closely with the HK IT team and local development team to implement systems across the group in line with the strategic direction set and agreed by the Executive Committee.
? Following acquisitions, the role will be involved in the assessment of acquired systems and project managing the data migration from non-core systems.
? Create and maintain training material and deliver on-site or remote training directly to staff for the various systems supported.
? Uphold Vistra’s values by promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
? Have a clear understanding of Vistra’s overall vision and direction.

Justification:
? Extensive knowledge and experience of the SAP, Viewpoint system,
? Knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining a relevant document management system.
? Accounting knowledge, preferably with some relevant industry experience.
? Business analysis experience required. Ability to work closely with the business, to identify and implement efficiencies.
? Project management experience required. Ability to lead projects successfully that involves a high level of process change management. 举报 分享
