职位描述：
任职要求：
1、 男女不限，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计学等相关专业；
2、 具有财务、金融及企业管理知识，熟练掌握投融资流程和专项业务知识；
3、 了解公司上市、企业并购、资产重组、资本运作等相关业务；
4、 熟悉国内、国际资本市场运作，掌握投资银行业务及相关法律知识；
6、 具有部分的融资渠道和业内的人脉关系；
7、 熟练使用计算机及相关办公软件，能承受很强的工作压力。
岗位职责：
1、 负责及参与公司的融资规划，实施融资管理、评估、分析与监控。
2、 负责及参与公司与银行、信托等各类金融机构的联系。
3、 参与规划融资项目、积极引入外部资金，设计合作模式，对公司发展进行投融资支持。
4、 负责完成融资工作的资料准备和手续办理。
5、 负责拟制融资的实施计划，撰写融资可行性分析报告，负责具体的实施工作。
6、 负责参与融资项目的账务处理事宜。
7、 负责参与与各金融机构、银行、政府及相关单位的业务往来。
8、负责参与企业金融类商务谈判，协助跟进相关事宜。 举报 分享
