· Job description

1. Vast business potential for growth / Setting up of sales plans, and prepare a right platform for the Company to launch aggressive marketing to exploit new business opportunities to help achieve stated business plan objectives and corporate vision
2. Managing Sales &BD and Excellence Sales function in the operational area
3. Managing highly empowered effective teams and leading them successfully Product / Sales Forecasting
4. Sales Budgeting, Pricing, Achieving budgeted volumes and revenues, collections
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
6. Customer Service Management
7. Innovation – idea generation

· job requirements
1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree. MBA is preferable.
2.Familiar with the food industry customers
3. Adequate exposure in sales & marketing, business processes, product quality concepts, product development, market research, forecasting, penetration of new market segments.
