职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.组织履行工程施工合同，主持制定工作计划，对各职能岗位的具体工作方案进行决策，并对实施过程进行监控，确保合同所确定的各项目标全部实现；
2.随时掌握项目施工进度、质量情况，解决施工中出现的问题，督促项目工程按计划完成；
3.建立并实施程序化的质量管理及安全管理制度，加强监控和管理，做到预防为主；
4.动态地做好成本控制，强化资金管理，及时进行工程结算、清算，确保资金及时回笼；
5.做好项目工程优化设计工作，努力提高项目合理性及项目效益；
6.抓好核心管理团队建设工作，激励团队的工作热情，依据公司相关制度实施公平、公正、公开的考核与激励，培养并向公司推荐优秀的管理和技术人才；
7.参与项目投标工作，协助提高我司竞标成功率，配合标书内容的工作；
8.处理与建设单位、监理单位、地方政府等外部相关方的沟通协调工作；
9.参与评估部属的工作，协调解决部属工作中出现的问题；
10.完成公司或老板交办的其它工作。
任职资格：
1.8年以上室内装饰工程项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理流程，有外资办公室工程项目管理经历优先；
2.电脑操作熟练；
3.全面掌握业务管理知识，熟悉并掌握国家有关规范、标准、法规和企业的规章制度；
4.人品端正、责任心强、具有优秀的组织、沟通和协调能力，具备团队领导经验；
5.有一级建造师证书或高级工程师职称优先；
6.熟悉装修工程建设施工方面的专业知识与技术；
7.有很强的领导能力、组织能力、判断与决策能力、公关能力、沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力、影响力；
