Role:
Channel Sales Manager, Greater China
Reporting Line
- Reporting to the Regional Director, Greater China & Director Channels and Strategic Alliances
Territory
- China, HK, Taiwan
Responsibility
- Identify, Recruit, Enable partners to sell Compuware solutions
- Manage partners to drive sales to meet agreed quotas through marketing programs, account planning, joint meetings

- Maintain pipeline forecast of 2 X weighted pipeline against current quarter sales quota and review partners for pipeline accuracy

- Work internally with Pre-sales, Delivery, Channel Sales and Product groups to develop enablement program (including pricing, service catalog, training plan, product bundles etc) for specific partners
- Identify gaps needed in specific partners, develop enablement plans to bridge gaps
Experience
- Min 10 years experience in IT covering sales and channel sales with proven over achievements of targets
- Existing contacts with local channel partners
- Knowledge of software and application performance management solutions
