The Associate, Customer Operations is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for working with field sales and the local customer operations team to establish, maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and Maxim Corporate. This position has high visibility within all departments at Maxim and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Customer Operations Associate is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent Maxim in all business transactions. The Customer Operations Associate gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within Maxim and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Daily backlog management: Purchase orders, change orders, shipment coordination, and reservation management.
? Develop strategies on how to support customers and expedite lines down situations within Manufacturing and Business Management.
? Visit Customers and Build Relationship, and/or Coordinate customer visits
? Process and qualify Maxim Procedures and Policies
? Information dissemination: Analyze forecasts, track project status, monitor design opportunities, understand and implement customer goals and objectives, follow market trends, and control the customer’s perception of Maxim within the factory.
? Work with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions.
? Provide internal/external reports
? Lead all quality assurance requests: RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, customer special requests and facility audit requests.
? Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
? All candidates must have a BS/BA degree
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis
? Detail and goal oriented
? Strong computer skills
? Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
? Proactive and solution oriented thinking.
? Ability to see situations from a Macro point of view.
