Responsibilities and key tasks

· To understand and support the goals and strategies of Tectura.

· To have a thorough knowledge of the products and services of Tectura.

· To have a thorough knowledge of the business needs of the clients of Tectura.

· To convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales targets.

· To sell Tectura's products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact.

· To develop, maintain and work a sales pipeline .

· To conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new business.

· To perform sales demonstrations and presentations.

· Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.

Knowledge and skills

· Bachelor degree and above

· 5 years or above experience in selling ERP/ IT Solutions

· Strong business writing skills.

· Good appreciation of the sales cycle involved in selling complex software.

· Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in formal presentation scenarios.

· Able to operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment.

· The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner

· Ability to focus on achieving results

· Strong time management and prioritisation skills
