Responsibilities and key tasks:


· To understand and support the goals and strategies of Tectura.

· To have a thorough knowledge of the products and services of Tectura.

· To have a thorough knowledge of the business needs of customers of Tectura.

· Works as a consulting team member responsible for providing client support in relation to ERP

· Ensure clients get a reasonable response to their requests

· Provide development support for customer requests and quoting for any custom work

· Ensure recording and ongoing monitoring of all incoming request issues in the support system

· Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, according to urgency of the issue

· Assist clients with resolving issues

· To escalate support requests as required

· Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.


Knowledge and Skills:



· Demonstrated capability of performing the responsibilities of this position

· Support experience

· Experience with ERP

· Experience trouble-shooting technical issues

· Knowledge of underlying Microsoft technologies (SQL, data analysis, reporting services) desirable

· The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to focus on achieving results

· Ability to work in an organised manner

· Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
