职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1.To prepare an annual HR plan and budget;
2.To provide HR professional expertise and establishes well consultative relationship with department managers to achieve HR objectives;
4.To write and keep current all standard operating procedures (SOP's) for the HR team;
5.To be responsible for compensation and benefit management for employees;
6.To be responsible for contract management;
7.To provide training plan proposal, conduct training needs assessment, organize training courses, and perform training evaluations;
8.To partner with management on performance management and issues;
9.To take charge of internal communication relevant to employee issues; and respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and employee disciplinary actions;
10.To plan and implement ad hoc HR projects assigned；
11.To grow and develop the HR team.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.7 years in HR with at least 2 years management level, China experience preferred;
3.Familiar with OD, HRM, Labor Law;
4.Experienced in retail industry is a must;
5.Logical reasoning, communication and negotiation, planning and analysis;
