主要职责：
向设计总监汇报
参与方案直至最后完成，包括3D展馆，室内设计及摆设等
确保按时按计划完成任务
管理初级设计师团队，安排分配任务，共同合作完成任务
与设计团队，承包商，客户，供应商等协作
参与概念设计，包括手绘及电脑渲染等
如项目需要，参加各地会议
Archibat is looking for MID TO SENIOR LEVEL EXHIBIT DESIGNERS for an International museum planning and design firm with offices in the US, Singapore and now Shanghai. With extensive experience of 30 years including projects from cultural history and natural science, to music and arts.
Major Responsibilities
? Report to Creative Director
? Develop designs, including interactive experiences 3-D exhibit elements, interiors, artifact displays, and, from conceptual stage through final drawings.
? Develop drawing packages, including construction drawings
? Maintain work flow in accordance with project schedule, with a variety of tasks and deadlines
? Manage junior designers, delegate tasks to junior team members, and guide the design process to achieve project goals
? Work in a team environment with staff, sub-contractors, and client contacts
? Participate in conceptual development and illustrate design concepts through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches and computer renderings.
? Travel to meetings and site visits as required by projects.

至少2年（中级），8年（高级）展馆展厅设计及相关经验
高效完成任务，团队协作意识强
注重设计细节，确保准确无误
具备从方案提出至设计相关经验
熟悉展馆展厅相关制造技术，材料标准等知识
手绘能力强，掌握AutoCAD, VectorWorks能力者优先
3D，渲染等能力强，掌握3D Max者优先
熟练运用Adobe CS Suite，及Microsoft常用软件

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and illustrative
Fluent in Mandarin and English
- A minimum of 2+ (mid level) and 8+ (senior level) years of experience in exhibit design or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualization, design development, and CDs. (CA experience is a plus.)
- Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standards of exhibit design
- Strong technical drawing skills (AutoCAD; VectorWorks a plus)
- 3-D modeling/rendering skills (3ds Max preferred)
- High level of fluency with Adobe CS Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Keynote
