10.审核财政报表以及各项的支出与收入情况。
11.审查所有的发票。
12.对相关专业熟悉了解 。
Mission:
ARCHIBAT ASIA is looking for a HEALTHCARE MARKETING DIRECTOR to join a LEADING AMERICAN ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE in their growing Beijing office. With more than 50 years of history, this firm provides outstanding service to developer, education, healthcare, and performing arts clients.
Responsibilities will primarily include:
? Set and lead the strategic direction of the studio based on the key drivers of the international healthcare industry;
? Set and lead the execution of the healthcare design studio business plan;
? Lead business development efforts by establishing and maintaining client relationships;
? Establish and achieve a annual sales, earnings, and overhead budget for the studio;
? Ensure the discussion and agreement of project goals for every project in the studio;
? Set and champion the studio’s financial, operational and design quality performance goals;
? Ensure client and staff satisfaction with every project;
? Collaborate with firm management to ensure appropriate staff profile;
? Lead issue resolution with the client through effective communication;
? Review financial reports, monitor billing and account receivable activity;
? Review and approve invoices to client and from consultants;
? Maintain a continuous pursuit of relevant professional development.

1.15年以上的相关建筑方面经验和至少5年的团队领导经验。
2.建筑或者室内设计方面相关资质。
3.对于医疗建筑有很强的设计能力和技术指导能力。
4.管理带领团队能力强。
5.融入团队，互相协作。
6.带领团队完成项目。
7.能够在设计的过程中对团队进行指导。
8.表达能力强。
9.中英文流利。
10.熟练掌握办公室软件（word，ppt等）

Qualifications and Experience:
? 15 years of related experience with minimum 5 years of studio leadership experience;
? Professional License in related field (Architect or Interior Designer);
? Strong healthcare planning skills along with design and technical experience;
? Ability to lead a dynamic design studio environment;
? Leadership style that is based on building consensus;
? Ability to represent the studio and the firm’s corporate goals;
? Desire to grow a team of design professionals through education and mentoring;
? Comfortable presenting to small or large groups, internally and externally;
? Communication skills both in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
? Proficient in firm management technologies, such as: Microsoft Office, etc.
