职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、统计、数学、信息技术、金融工程本科以上学历，从事数据仓库领域至少4年以上；
2、熟悉数据仓库建模理论、模型设计思路, 具有数据仓库ETL开发经验及数据仓库实施经验；
3、熟悉业界数据仓库建模方法及新的建模方法的发展；有DW/BI架构体系中某些领域的专项建设经验，
4、掌握Kimball的维度建模设计方法，具备海量数据加工处理（ETL）相关经验?；
5、具有一定数据模型和数据架构基础，熟悉hadoop\hive和常用数据库，理解云计算和数据服务；
6、精通SQL，有一定的SQL性能调优经验，熟悉hive sql的开发；
7、丰富的数据分析、挖掘和建模的经验，熟练使用SAS、SPSS、R等工具；
8、具有Hadoop、Hive、Hbase，mongodb，elasticsearch等开发经验者优先。


岗位职责：
1、理解业务的本质需求，把握数据仓库体系的建设方向，设计和构建基于Hadoop的数据仓库的工具和各子系统，确保系统架构和数据架构的合理、准确、及时；
2、负责数据仓库数据逻辑建模、物理建模以及数据仓库安全策略制定，对数据仓库管理和监控提供建议。
3、负责数据仓库ETL流程的优化及解决ETL相关技术问题
4、针对行业上下游进行分析，并提供专业的市场研究分析报告，为高层决策提供有力的数据支持；
5、负责数据仓库体系的构建，协助产品经理进行需求分析和业务建模；
6、参与数据产品设计和评审，保障数据平台架构稳定；
7、指导和协助团队内其他成员，共同建立起商业智能分析工作的流程、规范和方法。 举报 分享
