职位描述：
？ Plan and drive projects from initial product conception, product development, to industrialization.
？ Liaison of customer and internal team for global cooperation with different location and functional parties, regular meeting and conference for status review and action driving.
？ Develop and maintain detailed master project schedule, drive and control project progress to ensure align with plan and targets.
？ Spec and technical review, design and process analysis (FMEA), BOM define, quote/costing review, supply-base evaluate and configuration, business negotiation and relationship maintenance.
？ Lead cross functional team, managing BU operational and project activities.
？ Focus and improve on customer satisfaction with on-time delivery, right quality and cost beneficial; driving continuous improvements and maintain good BU performance as well team work.
The Incumbent
？ Equal or above bachelor degree.
？ More than 8 years experience in a multi-national production environment as project manager (or equivalent position).
？ Pro-active personality, able to take initiatives, with good communication skills.
？ Fluent in speaking, understanding and writing both English and Chinese. 举报 分享
