Responsibilities:
1.Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within channel, prospect to develop good quality accounts within an assigned territory, maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process.
达成并超越渠道的销售目标, 在特定的渠道开发高素质的客户, 通过完整的销售过程管理客户,达至利益最大化;
2.Participate wine events, marketing and training activities; to proactively develop distribution of Summergate's brands across your assigned sales territory;
参加品酒会,市场部及葡萄酒培训活动, 在你的销售区域内,尽力发展、推广美夏的销售品牌
3.Organize product training for customers; Orienting customers to accept Summergate culture and developing together;
为客户组织葡萄酒培训,培养客户认同美夏文化以及共同发展;
4.Manage payment terms and receivables, and cost control.
付款期和应收帐款管理,成本控制。
5.Recruit, train and manage promoters.
促销员招聘、培训及管理;
6.To provide various sales and distribution reports and analyses about your accounts, and providing relevant market and competitor information back to senior management.
提供关于你客户的销售情况及相关销售分析报告,及时上级反映有关的市场及竞争对手的信息。
7.On-going development of wine knowledge and sales skills, conducting wine trainings with your customers when necessary.
持续保持自身对葡萄酒知识及销售技巧的提升,根据客户的需要提供有关红酒方面的知识培训。
8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
上级安排的其它任务。
Job Requirements:
1.College graduate or above;
大专或以上学历;
2.Minimum 3-5 years working experience in FMCG industry, especially in managing off-trade / key accounts and wholesalers, sales develop and marketing plan independently within a big territory。
3-5年快消业工作经验,能独立地在某一区域内管理商超/批发客户的销售发展和营销计划。
3.Good command of English, both oral and written;
能比较熟练的运用英文进行口头表达和书写;
4.Skillful in computer operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
熟悉电脑操作,如MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint等
5.Present well, properly communicate with clients and other departments, team work spirit;、
能与客户和其它部门进行良好的沟通,具有团队合作精神
6.Be confident, experienced, mature and professional during business negotiations. Handle problems effectively, follow up in time.
能在商业谈判中展现自信、成熟与专业的形象,及时、高效地处理问题。
