阀门销售工程师;
最好懂工艺流程,能够分析出我们产品使用的具体工艺环节;
三年以上相关销售经验,有很强的市场开拓能力;
最好有团队管理或者相关潜力
To develop business in assigned market and area with guidance and instruction from sales manager and marketing department ; keep good relationship with customers; make plan and attend sales promotion activities; collect and manages clients information; Cost effective;
Main Activities
1.Be responsible for business development at assigned market, achieve sales target with the leading from sales manager.
-Visit all kinds of customers: end users, engineering companies, design institutes, partners, manufacturers, to introduce Meca-Inox company and products, to enhance company brand influence
-Identify distributors by region or by industry, build up long term cooperation. Be responsible for identification and building relation with the potential partners; 5 distributors are needed as target.
-Development of key accounts. Be responsible for development of key accounts /OEM partners. 5 key accounts are needed as target.
2.Give assistance to distributors and partners for projects success from technical and commercial side.
-Make technical communication and clarification;
-Make products proposal and quotation with help of technical support department;
-Make visit to key projects to make value of proposition of MI.
-Coordinate for service problems such as delivery and NCC.
3.Be responsible for order/contract confirmation both technical and commercial sides.
4.Be responsible for order payment collection.
5.Submit working report according to management.
-Input all potentials, accounts, contacts and sales activities into our CRM, using it as everyday tool;
-Make weekly report including weekly activities and next week planning;
-Submit monthly review report to summarize monthly progress and forecast next month progress and next month planning.
-Submit quarterly marketing needs of products.
6.Be responsible to make regional commercial plan according to company requirement.
-Breakdown of sales target into partners or key accounts;
-Identify projects and opportunities to ensure the target can be reached.
7.Attend meetings according to management.
-Weekly meeting with sales manager; (phone meeting)
-Team quarterly meeting at assigned site;
-Company yearly meeting and distributor meeting.
-Temporary meeting arrangement.
8.Participate marketing promotion activities with help of communication specialist.
-Attend exhibitions organized by company
-Organize regional campaign to get leads or to promote brand or support partner.
