职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
   
1. Collect information from sales and customers about new products requirements, and propose development ideas based on the knowhow and experience.
2. Develop new compound formulations to meet the requirements of Market, which include: Bibliography research, design of product, design the experiments and test on the lab line.
3. Work in good cooperation with production, lab, supply chain, compound technical service and sales.
4. Update product database, write development reports and all necessary documentations

Profile Requirement:

- Master degree in Polymer Science/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Materials Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in compounding development, especially in PS compound
- Technical service skills in compounding, injection and extrusion
- Good interpersonal skills, strong communication and reporting (English & Chinese), team spirit, think creatively in handling problems & able to work under pressure.
