Job responsibilities:

1 Perform daily petty cash management and reconcile the balance to what is booked in system
2 Make payment on internet or bank
3 Update bank/cash book timely and support monthly bank reconciliation
4 Liaise with bank & SAFE on foreign currency declaration
5 Check business expenses report and payment request form according to company's relevant policy and rules
6 Print and filing accounting vouchers and other finance documents
7 Other jobs assigned by manager


Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree, majoring Accounting.
2 At least 3 year relevant working experience in foreign invested company
3 Good skill at MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4 Good writing English
5 Integrity and team work

Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, U.S., CODA Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) of CODA Holdings with registered capital of ten million U.S. dollars. As a leading developer of all-electric vehicles and advanced Lithium-ion power battery systems, CODA is comprised of three key business lines: CODA Automotive, CODA EV Propulsion Systems and CODA Energy. Together with its global partners, CODA is working on reducing dependence on oil and leading the way to a cleaner future through its electric vehicles and stationary energy storage products. The first consumer product available will be a zero-emission four-door, five-passenger all-electric sedan – Coda Sedan, to be sold in U.S. market from 2012.
