Description:

· Manage a team of R/D engineers to develop,
enhance and maintain the Custom Designer Layout Editor (LE) product. Plan and schedule development projects that
span one or two release cycles.
Understand project requirements and assist his team members to create
sound technical solutions. He or she is expected to collaborate and communicate
with multiple remote teams to resolve project and technical issues.

Qualification:

· M.S./Ph.D. degree with minimal 2 years
management experience in EDA product development

· Strong technical background to align
senior Beijing developers with US architects on development specifics

· Good coaching ability to mentor junior
developers

· Effective project management skills to
coordinate development with Armenia infrastructure teams

· Excellent English communication skills

· Knowledge of IC physical design with a
preference to analog and custom design expertise

· Self motivated and proactive
