KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1> Monthly / Year-end Closing & Group Reporting
Take in charge of monthly / year end closing for trading companies in Korea and SEA.
Lead outsourcing agency to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements following group policy.
Meet deadlines to finish all group reporting package and statutory / economic notes.
2> Finance process standardizing and improvement, controller role of legal entity
Help market GMs to define and standardize finance related internal process, controller role of process including master data setting and review, operation of sales and purchasing, working capital management (credit control, spending control, inventory & cash management, cash forecast) etc.
3> Planning and Analysis
Perform analytical review on actual financial result compare to budget / forecast and previous years.
Assist market GM of sales planning for budget and forecast cycle; develop financial statement planning(P&L, B/S, cash) based on best estimation of business change and other assumption update.
Develop and prepare routine financial analysis based on local / regional / group request. Finance support and tracking on key projects.
4> Finance support for all audit / tax / local compliance / legal and statutory issues and other ad-hoc requests.
PROFILE SPECIFICATION
5 to 7 yrs working experiences in finance function and audit;
GL experience, independently handling closing for trading entity is a must;
Individual financial statement draw-up, tax computation, reporting and analysis experience
Bilingual in working is a must;
Responsible to take over;
Communication skills to cross function and oversea markets;
Quick to learn + handling multiple tasks;
Familiar with ERP and reporting system as SAP, Hyperion, knowledge of BW, BO.
