JOB OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for reliable and efficient order processes for entrusted raw materials to facilitate the production processes according to the purchasing requisition/order book and established purchasing procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Transform purchasing requisition into purchase order while assuring that both supplier selection and quantity allocation is in accordance with pre-selection by Buyer and Order Book.

2. Follow-up order process including order confirmation, order filing and order tracking.

3. In coordination with Buyers, keep a close and constant dialogue with related departments such as logistics, accounting, and production. Actively lead and seek this dialogue for order process related issues. Keep a close contact with counterparts from suppliers and internal customers. Act as window of purchasing department for order process related issues, in close coordination with team.

4. As NCM Coordinators, coordinate the handling of notification; oversee the whole process to improve customer satisfaction.

5. In coordination with buyer, keep a dialogue with supplier for quality deviations or packaging request and act as focal point within BASF. Actively conduct the part related to order/delivery process for supplier evaluation and management.

6. Keep tracking of availability and reliability on the delivery of the purchased goods and ensure the suppliers take corrective actions to effect the delivery in case of need. Make sure that EHS and Responsible Care guidelines are implemented, report deviations/need for action to respective buyer.

7. In charge filing for all purchasing related documents like Purchase Orders, Specification Agreement and Supplier Files, in order to ensure a complete accurate and easily accessible documentation system for records tracing records

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College above Degree in Chemical related is preferred.

2. At least 3 years working experience.

3. Good command of English both in verbal and written

4. Good communication skills, ability.
