岗位职责:

？ Work with line managers to predict, identify staffing needs and determine appropriate hiring strategies to meet the business needs and growth demand of each service line;

？ Manage whole recruitment process including CV screening, phone interview, face-to-face interview, offer negotiation etc.

？ Conduct recruiting channel sourcing and evaluation;

？ Maintain and develop an effective candidate pool;

？ Play a key role in campus recruitment programs and open house opportunities for applicants;

？ Market UFH as “Employer of Choice” through development of best practice hiring model and professionalism of all our recruiters;

？ Advise line managers/supervisors on recruitment skills and manners;

？ Be the main contact and resource point for Staffing Committee;

？ Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key targeted vocational schools, colleges and universities for pipeline graduates and employer brand promotion;

？ Establish and maintain external network with other companies and service agencies;

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s Degree in HR/related field, or Business Management a plus
？ 3-5 years in recruitment and staffing
? Strong command of English, both verbal and written
? Proficient use of all Windows applications
? Multi-task and detailed oriented
? Aggressive yet friendly personality
