Junior position, can start as an intern and move into full-time role after graduation.
Report to HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assistance in the translation of documents .(English translated into Chinese)
- Support of HR on expats work permit and residence permit management.
- Assisting in the process of optimizing of HR documentation.
- Scheduling and coordination of team events
- Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Skills and Knowledge:
- English skills.
- Good MS Office skills
- Interest in HRM.
- Organizational skills, independent and structured working method
- Initiative, personal commitment and communication skills
