职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Perform review of and US tax accouting report package and support related analysis (ASC 740 income tax provision and FAS 109)
2. Supervise the preparation and filing of annual Corporate Income Tax returns and Related Party Transaction Forms for China entites and review the Transfer Pricing Documentation under the Annoucement 42
3. Field and respond to queries and requests involving tax matters from finance team in plants and other departments within the organization in the daily operation
4. Monitor updates of tax regulations and deliver training to the finance team in plants
5. Support tax audit defence/tax self-check for China entities

Requirements:
4 – 6 years of experience in multinational corporate tax department or Big 4 accounting firm
Auto industry experience will be a plus
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance/Taxation/Law
CPA, CTA or other similar certification will be a plus
Excellent MS Office skills
Good written and oral command of English
Deep knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting and reporting
Result oriented and strong ability to prioritize tasks
Strong tax technical knowledge, research skills and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization and tax bureau
Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision system will be a plus 举报 分享
