Main Responsibilities

· Own and drive business for the Event service division.
· Prepare, propose and implement sales planning strategy; execute plan to achieve sales productivity standards; ensure annual revenue goals to be achieved.
· Optimize the sales funnel and brand visibility on all marketing channels.
· Initiates in the development, implementation and analysis of all sales program to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
· Gathers and reports all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions. Prepare strategic assessment of key competitors; evaluate and improve return on investment.
· Coordinate and liaise with other functional departments; develop and maintain good relations with various partners, networks, agencies or affiliates; enhance service quality, maintain customer relationship to maximize revenues.



Experience/Education Required

· Eight or more years of relevant BD/marketing/business planning experience from a major service industry company.
· A record of academic and professional accomplishment represented by increasing responsibility and high performance ratings.
· Undergraduate degree in business or technical field from a recognized school required. MBA or equivalent graduate education from a top school optional.
· Strong analytical background and strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
· Strategic thinking and result-focused.
· Change management.
