职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. With advanced knowledge of underwriting processes, is fully conversant and works on multiple lines of business using multiple tools and references.
2. Collaborates with overseas producing underwriters or underwriting services colleagues to clarify policy terms and conditions
3. Computes local premiums for policies, selects appropriate declarations, coverage forms, national/local forms, and optional endorsements to complete a policy.
4. Communicate with brokers and customers to conclude the policy.
5. Actively participates in developing and executing account servicing solutions (e.g. subsequent transactions including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatement's & adjustments, billing & collections and contract services) as needed to support unique customer needs.
6. Responsible for the new business, renewals and endorsements process for highly complex business or large relationship customers.
7. Perform policy quality assurance review and lead one or two team-wide business management tasks.




Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree and 2 or more years of experience in related field
2. Knowledge of Insurance Operations - Proficiency Level Intermediate
