职位描述：
？ Provides regulatory strategic guidance and support to assigned China Consumer Business Team and related regulated products.
？ Well understand current regulations on consumer products, provide leading role with team work to manage RA assessment and target.
？ Determines regulatory pathway and provides complete regulatory assessment of new products and product changes.
？ Be responsible for registration and certification on Consumer Business Group existing products.
？ Co-work with NPI project leaders, support and manage product certificate process to meet requirement of project launch in China.
？ Well understand products line and RA organization inside/outside of 3M China and establish connection with related organizations.
？ Work with global and local team closely, actively communicate and participate regulation and standard works.
？ Review and approval of product literature, co-work with marketers and lab team to maintain and develop internal certification system
？ Co-work with lab to track industry regulation trend and actively take part in industry event like committee meeting, industry standard etc.
？ Complete the assignment from supervisor timely.

Requirement:
？ Bachelor Degree or higher in a Science or Engineering major
？ 5+ years’ experience on product regulation and certification. Prefer to have experience on consumer products, e.g. CFDA.
？ Regulatory strategic planning experience
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills, can work with internal and external team independently;
？ Active thinking and aggressive ownership, innovative spirit;
？ Strong influencing and negotiation skills
？ Can be travelling nationally;
