Position: Technical Support Engineer
Base: Shanghai
Requirements:
Musts:
Knowledge/Skills/ Experience
1. Bachelor ( or Master) degree on automation or computer or related to these field.
2. Good command of written and spoken English
3. Two years experience with C or C++ programming
4. Expert at one CPU in ARM or PPC or Intel( X86) or Coldfire,DSP
Soft skills( Ability)
1. Fast learning and deep understanding capability
2. Excellent presentation and deep understanding capability
Plus:
1. Experience with application support of PLC and /or PC based control products
2. Expert at least two PLC programming languages of IL,ST,LD,FBD&SFC
3. Experience with I/O drivers generation and drivers adaptation to OS
4. Experience with DCS and redundancy
5. Experience with automation control like PID, elf-tuning etc.
6. Experience with fields: CANopen, Interbus, Profinet, Modbus/TCP/RTU
7.Experience with motion control
Responsibilities
1. Provide pre &post-sale technical customer support in all questions related to KW-Software products
2. Customer training and Marketing Support
3. Finding effective solutions to technical problems.
4. Responsible for KW Software development
