职位描述
? Oversee China HR operations, including employee on boarding/ off boarding, payroll, audit, HR accounting, billing, regulatory reports and services vendor management
? Lead a team of 6-8 staff located in Shanghai (5) and Beijing (2), provide daily support to the team for performance management, issue escalations, and facilitate processes with other business functions for problem resolutions
? Key contact for service vendor contract engagement and renewals, including service platform building and continued optimizations. Review vendor performance, price and service terms annually
? Maintain positive work relationship with service vendors, and provide expertise to enhance vendor performance when necessary
? Work as 'COO' function within HR team as a BISO and also take care of risk control and business continuity matters. Coordinate with regional team for region projects and different initiatives
