P&R – 行政助理

主要职责:
- 管理客户关系数据库,确保客户信息的完整和准确性;
- 管理所有客户合同的签署和归档;
- 作为P&R部门与财务部门的桥梁,熟练掌握公司系统工具和应用,以确保财务相关流程的准确、及时和高效;
- 负责报告的递送,确保客户能够及时收到;
- 接听客服(800)电话,回答并记录客户的问题;
- 组织和安排各项部门会议或活动;
- 支持部门日常行政工作;

任职要求:
- 本科以上;
- 熟练操作Office(包括Excel和PPT)软件;
- 熟练的英语书写能力;
- 以过程和质量为导向;
- 良好的沟通能力并有良好的团队合作精神;


Position Title: Performance & Rewards - Admin Assistant (Shanghai)

Job Profile:
- Manage client relationship database, to ensure the customer information are accurate and complete;
- Manage the process of contracts, and make sure all the clients’ contracts are signed and archived;
- Be as the bridge between P&R department and finance, master all kinds of company tools and application to ensure related financial process is accurate, in-time and efficient;
- Be responsible for the report delivery, ensure it could be received by clients in time;
- Pickup customer service (800) calls, answer and record customers inquiries and issues;
- Organize and arrange all kinds of department meetings and activities;
- Support daily administrative work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Master Microsoft Office software (including Excel and PPT)
- Good English writing skills
- Process and quality oriented
- Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
