Objective of job

1.Responsible for monthly tax calculation, filing and report.

2. Responsible for daily oversea payment tax process

3. Support manager for project

Task designation

1 Calculate EIT, VAT, BT, CCT, ES, LES and SD of MBAFC and MBLC monthly

Prepare calculation sheets according to data prepared by related departments, communicate with third party consulting firm for calculation review, declaration of the tax and fulfil the payment, filing of all calculation and payment documents

2 Support manager for document preparation, research, provide preliminary opinion

Support manager in tax audit, tax consulting, and other project. Prepare draft documentation, finish research, analyze tax regulations.

3 Handle overseas payment tax certificate application

Finish the tax certificate application process for the overseas payment, including documents preparing, tax calculation, tax paying.

Handle IIT process for the external individual benefits

Calculate IIT and IIT filing according to the standard process, provide tax advice to the BU

5 Verify the VAT invoice (including special invoice and transportation fee invoice)

Verify VAT invoice at month end to ensure VAT input amount can be deducted by VAT output amount in future business activities

Purchase VAT and BT invoice and complete related work

Purchase invoice from Beijing State Administration of Taxation and Local Taxation Bureau respectively

Qualification required

o Education

Bachelor’s degree in tax, finance/ accounting or business related subjects, majoring in tax preferred.

Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).

O Experience

1-3 years experiences with big four or as tax accountant in MNCs

O Specific Knowledge

Familiar with PRC tax laws and regulations, familiar with tax treaty preferred.

Familiar with SAP system

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
