Job title : Operations Controller China

Report to : Director Business Controlling

Mission:
Actively participate in the definition of the top-level business and operating strategy for Inalfa Roof Systems China. Define the financial and business parameters. Drive the regional organic growth, in alignment with corporate strategic plans.

Ensure that the regional operations forecasting process and financial reporting system is to support decision making and is aligned with Group operations guidelines.
Report to the Director of Business Control and strong business partnership with the Plant Operations Management and the regional Logistics and Supply Manufacturing management.

Role & responsibilities:
？ Lead the Manufacturing/Operations controlling activities of the ambitious and aggressive growth strategy for Inalfa China in alignment with Headquarter strategic plans.

o Provide financial guidance to ensure operational excellence in line with internal policies and procedures to ensure sound control is developed and maintained.
o Co-pilot to provide financial transparency to Regional Operations management
o Collaborate with the other Plant Operations Controllers, Project controllers and business controllers, and F&A Department in optimizing performance management
o Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for developing value adding support and analysis.
o Ensure full integrity of all aspects of the financial information reported
o Provide financial status of the technical programs collecting, interpreting, and reporting key financial data to the management team
o Uses forecasting and trend analysis data to guide initiatives
o Use scenario analysis to drive balanced business and operational decisions
o Support project management in providing sound analysis and insights to facilitate better decision making
o Challenge project management on the running projects to secure structural profitability
o Providing sound business cases, cost analysis, margin analysis, product and customer portfolio analysis in close co-operation with the Project and Business Development departments

Experience & skills required:
？ Bachelor or Master degree holder in Finance or any related disciplines
？ International profile, working experience in Asia, Europe and the USA, strong background in finance, corporate governance and business development
？ Strong background in finance, corporate governance and business development
？ Experienced finance professional in a high tech/industrial company with real understanding of sales–engineering–industrialization–operations functions; preferably in a global operating company linked to an oversees headquarter
？ Lean/Six sigma skills or experience is preferred
？ Good understanding of international business practices, legal and fiscal legislation, finance and business control, business ethics and way of working situation
？ Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
？ Takes a high level of independent responsibility and decision making on a day to day basis with a high degree of personal accountability and in alignment with Headquarter strategies
？ Demonstrates keen sense of priorities, inspire others with forward looking orientation
？ The ability to think strategically, be well versed in systems, and translate a vision into influencing critical process improvements and initiates new activities;
？ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations as well as connecting people
？ Should have 5 or more years’ experience managing a factory or supply finance function in a medium or large size international company as well as proven operational responsibilities. Knowledge of a major ERP system is a preferred.
