Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Support BD Manager in developing and expanding the franchise area of the business

- Ensure implementation of company policies to all franchisees

- Pre-screen any new potential FRS and WHS vendors from established screening process.

- Help to resolve any issues that arise from normal business operations with the FRS & WHS

- Consolidate order placements during order fairs and any subsequent replenishment orders.

- Manage the settlement of accounts and handle product returns

- Support FRS reasonable requests and demands

- Coordinate internal information collection and distribution

- Follow-up and on-going customer service with FRS

- Help BD manager to retain current customers

Required Experience & Skills:

- Min Bachelors Degree

- 3-5 years retail or related experience in China with an international brand

- 2 years minimum working directly with Fanchising or Wholesale business models

- Proven record of successful client relationship and maintenance

- Prior sales experience is essential

- Strong negotiation skills

- Dual language ability (CHN&ENG)

- Execllent project management & multi-tasking skills

- Self-motivated and result driven individual
