1. 负责协助项目上线 – 在销售团队与客户签署合同后,项目实施工作将交付给客户经理与项目经理,由客户经理作为项目实施的联络人,协调客户与公司相关部门,保证项目得以正确高效地实施、上线运营;
2. 担任客户的联系窗口和直接责任人 - 客户经理是代表公司与客户联系的主要渠道,在项目上线的过程中负责沟通产品需求、确保项目实施质量、解决上线相关问题。客户经理应积极主动地与客户保持联系,发现并引导客户的需求,及时给予满足与反馈;
3. 负责上线后通路管理与营销方案 - 客户经理应根据客户的情况,在项目上线后为客户提供全面的营销和推广方案。并且根据客户的业务状况,每月定期分析业绩表现、项目效果,提出改进意见以完成通路销售目标;
4. 负责内部协调 - 客户经理是公司对外服务的中心,客户经理需发挥协调中心的作用,保证公司部门间全力解决客户问题,满足客户需求。
5. 负责完成公司安排的其他工作。

任职资格:
1. 5年以上客户经理的工作经历;拥有零售或电子商务相关经验为佳;
2. 具备学士以上学历,主修市场营销、工商管理、零售管理等专业。具备硕士学位或6年相关客户管理经历者优先考虑;
3. 熟练操作办公软件;
4. 数据分析能力、商业分析和解决问题的能力;
5. 具备流利的中英文沟通能力;
6. 能设定任务优先顺序,抗压能力强,可适应出差;
7. 具热诚及工作责任心;良好的沟通能力,团队协调能力和团队组织建设能力。
Job Description:
1. To assist launch of project. After signing of contract leading by sales team, the implement of project will be assigned to Account Managers and Project Managers. The Account Manager will be in charge of coordinating the relation between clients and related departments to ensure correct and efficient project launch and operation.
2. To be the contact window and person directly responsible for the clients. The AM shall take control of clarifying product requirements, guaranteeing the quality of project operation and resolving issues related to project launch. The Account Manager shall reach out to clients actively and be aware of clients’ needs, to satisfy their requirements and provide feedback.
3. To be accountable for distribution channel management and promotion plan creation. The Account Manager shall come up with comprehensive promotion and sales plan based on clients’ business performances. Also, the Account Manager is responsible for analyzing the monthly sales and project performance and making suggestions to achieve sales target of distribution channels.
4. To take charge of internal coordination. The Account Manager is the center of external services, in that he/she shall strive to solve clients’ problems through engaging in internal cooperation.
5. To complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of working experience in account management and managing complex initiatives is required. Strong familiarity with retail or e-commerce background is highly preferred.
2. A College degree in business, retail management, marketing...etc. is preferred; candidate with MBA degree or 6+ years of account management experience is highly preferred.
3. Familiar with office software.
4. Data analysis and statistical modeling experience is an added benefit. Experience with business intelligence and reporting will be required.
5. Candidate with fluent Chinese and English in both Written and oral are highly preferred.
6. Prioritizing and delegating tasks in an effective way, self-motivated, copes under pressure and able to travel for work when necessary.
7. Be passionate, good responsibility, good coordination ability and team work spirit.
